First you have to remove the Avast from your hard drive as Combofix kept saying it was still working even subsequent to you turned off the whole thing you might observe for it. At present you have Panda Cloud. You determine to observe how that goes. In addition you had to reboot in view of the fact that Combofix did something with a registry key for your browsers but the entire is well at present. Disconnect from the Internet and close the entire working programs. Temporarily run antivirus programs. |

You are running the GMER several times (and numerous downloaded versions) and even though the scan is running and there are results, the program freezes and determine to not permit you to save it. If you remain for it to perhaps unfreeze your screen turns black. So your explanation is to work it in Safe mode and see if you might save results that method. No dice. On the other hand your snagit worked in safe mode and you have a screen shot of the consequences. This would not be satisfactory to you. If not, how be able to you get the program to run. You have the entire firewalls, virus, malware programs shut off. |
