Need Help with Downloader.Trojan

Hi All,

I need your help to remove the specified virus from my computer system. I am using the eScan antivirus. Whenever I scan my system with I get message saying that the 'Downloader.Trojan' is detected on my system. But when I delete this file from it's location, it automatically get created after 10 minutes. Does any one know how to remove 'Downloader.Trojan'? If yes, then please let me know that. I am waiting for your reply.
