Hello, I am getting problem while making use of the Microsoft Network Monitor 3.3 parsers. If I try to install it, it will simply give me error log and the stop installing that. Hey, I was also getting the same problem while installing the Microsoft Network Monitor 3.3 Parsers on my computer which is having Windows xp operating system. Then I come to know that I was getting that problem due to the user defined anti-virus rule which was preventing access to the file w32t.npl. So, I simply disable that rule and then simply install the Microsoft Network Monitor 3.3 Parser on my computer. So, I would suggest you to simply make use of it and get the problem solved.
