Help to get rid of Win32/Olicil.A

I have found one virus on my computer named as Win32/Olicil.A when i copied some data from my pen drive in to my computer. I do not have any software for detecting the viruses on my computer but as i noticed slow performance by my computer so i did an online scan from where i came to know about this infection. Can anybody help me to get rid of Win32/Olicil.A as soon as possible.
