Need help for removing .Win32.Amus.a virus

My computer system is really working very slowly when I scanned my computer system with AVG antivirus software I received the alert message that .Win32.Amus.a is detected on my computer system. I deleted this .Win32.Amus.a virus from my computer system but it comes back when I reboot my computer system. Hence I need help for deleting this .Win32.Amus.a from my computer system.
