    Update the antivirus

It is required that you must update the antivirus, that you are using for the deletion of W32.Spybot.Worm. It seems that there are many other infections in your system because of which the computer becomes slow, when you try to delete this infection. When you do the updation, the signatures of the new infections will be added to its database and as a result, you can remove the infection from your computer easily.

    W32.Spybot.Worm is a worm

From the name itself, you can know that W32.Spybot.Worm is a worm and such types of infections spread in all the space available in the system. Because of this, you will not be able to where the infection has spread in the system. So, my suggestion to you is to format the computer and then, install a new copy of the operating system that you are using. You problem will be ultimately solved after that.
