Currently my operating system is Windows 7 and the antivirus software I am using is avg antivirus. From last week this antivirus software is giving me an alert message that BAT.Ftp.dm is detected. I am trying to delete this virus from my computer but unable to do so. I have no idea what is the problem but I need the solution for removing this BAT.Ftp.dm virus from my computer system.
