    How to use Kaspersky Anti virus to generated trace log file

    Hi all,

    After installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus program, as well as I use Kaspersky to protect the system during the period. Sometimes, because of system problems or software problems and other reasons, the need for fault diagnosis. can anybody know that how to use the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP4 graphical interface is generated trace log file.     In Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 Plus version, the graphical interface you can enable / disable trace log collection function. In accordance with the following operation to obtain trace log:

    If there is no technical support engineers, special requirements tracking LevelSet500. Click Enable Button to start collecting trace log, and then click Confirmation Button. After that click Disable Button to stop the collection of trace log, click Confirmation Button. All the best.

    When access to the log, do not forget to disable trace log collection function. If you always open the log collection function, the size of the folder where the log will reach several GB (depends on the location of available hard disk drive space). You can find the following folder of the trace log file is generated.
    # Windows Vista: Disk path: \ ProgramData \ Kaspersky Lab \
    # Windows XP/2003: Disk Path: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \
    # Application Data \ Kaspersky Lab \
    # Windows 2000: Disk Path: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users.WINNT \ Application Data \ Kaspersky Lab \

    Generate trace log file in a text file and use the following naming rules[Software version] _ [creation date] _ [creation time - Greenwich Mean Time]trace log files folder is hidden. If you want to obtain the trace log, according to the following method steps:
    # Start "Control Panel" Folder Options "View
    # At Advanced Settings, Select Show hidden files and folders
    # Click Confirmation Button and close the Control Panel Window.

    If you want to delete the trace log file, you need to exit Kaspersky Anti-virus program.

    # Click Exit
    # From the folder to remove trace log files
