wireless internet not working on Acer Aspire

I have an Acer Aspire One (AA1) netbook installed with Linpus-lite. Before yesterday,it was running well within the wireless internet connection . I had installed the Skype during fresh connection, the acer OneMail was setup and working fine.

My brother was happy to surf the internet in well manner. Now the PC is unable to connect with the internet. I didn't made any changes in network configuration. what's the problem,I am not getting - is it a software
issue or related to hardware ? So, would you suggest me how can I test to determine from which sources, particular error is being occurred.

Hello Sibi,

There may be some general mistakes related to your connection,day before yesterday,you are working very fine on the internet connection may be some internet configuration has been destroyed.

You need to check if there is a firewall that is blocking your connection or testing your connection to reconstruct it again.

Be sure about your installed driver for wireless internet connection .It is working fine or not,if you find some bugs there then just uninstall and reinstall the drivers for wireless internet connection.

If you are not going well with this also then just reset the wireless modem/router.The reconfiguration and attachment of devices can fix your problem.

You have to made some internal network configuration for this issue and I think it would be much helpful for you . Don't make any mistake to write the proper statement and issue through the terminal prompt.

There is no need to specify the root directory or its reference :

rm -rf ~/.gconf/system/networking

After executing this statement through the terminal,re-boot your netbook enter the require stuff to start the connection and go for surfing .

Refresh your wireless connection with the reconnection of network devices. For this,type the following things to open the command prompt .

C:\> ipconfig \all //your local and network IP would be displayed
C:\>\ipconfig \release // The network IP would be released


And after all,for refreshment of the wireless connection type the following command to renew the IP address -

C:\> ipconfig \renew

Just wait for sometimes and open the browser and test your connection.
