Need to remove Win32/Wisp.A

I think my computer has been really infected by the virus called as Win32/Wisp.A as my anti virus was detecting this on my computer. Though i have confirmed it by doing the online scan of my computer but the problem is that my norton security can not remove Win32/Wisp.A out of my system so how could i remove this virus, Any suggestions?

Win32/Wisp.A is a trojan which can steal the infromation of an infected computers which may allow attacker to access the compromised computer. Accessing an infected computer might install some more infections inside the computer. This trojan is actually has been installed by Trojan:Win32/Wisp.B. I suggest you to remove this trojan from your computer as soon as possible so that it does not invite any more infections.

Basically Win32/Wisp.A is in fact downloaded by the Win32/Wisp.B and once your computer has been infected by the Win32/Wisp.A then following are the actions that could be taken by this trojan on your computer.

1. Download files.
2. Upload files.
3. Execute commands through the command prompt.

5. Reboot the system.
6. Steal passwords.
7. Terminate processes.
8. Retrieve the RDP listening port number.

There are many ways by which you can remove Win32/Wisp.A out of computer. First of all if you have detected an infected file then you can even remove it manually. You can also use some security software to remove this virus but it should the latest version of the software as Win32/Wisp.A is a latest which will not be detected by the older versions of the security softwares.
