Can not get rid of Ad.reduxmedia.com

Hello, I have installed an Internet Explorer 6 on my windows XP computer. But i do not why this browser keeps on showing me pop ups multiple times. Actually it opens a multiple windows automatically. So i did a scan of my computer by using the norton anti virus and it has found Ad.reduxmedia.com on my computer. Is it happening because of this virus? If it is not then also my anti virus software is not able to remove Ad.reduxmedia.com out of my computer.
