Since, Kaspersky is not a recommended antivirus to delete Win-Trojan/Zbot.62976.U, I will suggest you that AVG must be installed because it has the ability to get rid of the threats like trojans, worms and all sorts of virus too. You must update the database of the antivirus first, so that all the signatures of the new infections will be added into it. After that, you have to run a scan. All the detected threats will have to be deleted from the interface of the antivirus.

Inorder to delete Win-Trojan/Zbot.62976.U, I will recommend you to install Avast antivirus because it comes along with the feature of boot scan. The infections are only able to execute after the startup of the operating system. But, boot scan takes place before the operating system loads because of which the infections remain inactive. So, all the infections in the system can be deleted with the help of this method.
