In WinXP Pro system to achieve VPN + NAT proxy server is a relatively good idea too. Implementation steps based on the following systems of WindowsXP english version + SP1 single card, with an independent IP within CERNET. You need to press Win + R type and run services.msc, look for the service inside the Routing and Remote Access, right-click access to property, change the startup type to Automatic, and click the start button. Check and reply for further steps.

Open My Network Places, on the left inside the Network Tasks click on "View Network Connections", you can see "Incoming" word, which means operation is successful. Right-click to open, "incoming connection" of the property, in the "General "tab in the Virtual Private Network " Allow others to internet ...", in the "users" tab allows users to connect the appropriate user to determine the exit. At this point, VPN configured. then Press Win + R type and run the netsh, continue to enter the routing and press ENTER to continue to enter the ip and press ENTER to continue to enter the nat and press ENTER to continue to enter the install and press ENTER. And then enter the add interface name = "internal" mode = private, and carriage return, enter the add interface "Local Area Connection" full and press ENTER. Check and reply.

You need to enter show interface and to enter, if there is NAT internal configuration. Local Area Connection to configure NA. In mode-ddress and Port Translation means that the NAT configuration was successful. After the above steps to achieve, then the VPN + NAT configuration was successful. Could be transferred to the host, and through the host agent to get out to the host where the resource. As the host band at the LAN. If WinXP Pro language is English, then the "internal" and "local connection" should be replaced with the relevant characters, other languages and so on. Using a proxy service, please comply with relevant laws and regulations. All the best.

If only XP was originally also simple, on-line has already been achieved before. However,I likes Vista, so we some trouble first of all, because it is a single card, it is not on a NAT, then connect to VPN after the two machines on the formation of a closed network, that are not useful, it must be equipped with NAT. Windows XP and 2003 can do NAT, difference is that 2003 has GUI configuration interface, but XP only through the character interface to configure, it is to use netsh routing. However, under the netsh in Vista this option is not routing to support routing of the two documents ipmontr.dll and ippromon.dll under the vista does not exist, can only be obtained under XP or 2003. Check and reply.

You need to concrete on following steps :
    1. Open the Routing and remote access services,
    2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Tcpip \ Parameters \ IPEnableRouter = 1 restart
    3. Copy ipmontr.dll, ippromon.dll to windows/system32
    4. Start -> cmd Ctrl + Shift + Enter administrator privileges command line
    5. netsh add helper ipmontr.dll add helper ippromon.dll (there is something wrong, then delete the first two, and then re-install) routing ip nat install add interface name = "Local Area Connection" mode = full add interface name = "internal" mode = private.
    6. Control Panel > "Network Connections -" access to the connection, right attributes - "General -" hook to "allow abc to connect to my LAN," in which bold part is needed only Vista , and other parts of the need to set in even under xp. 7. Then configure the client, that is, to the client plus a vpn client, very simple.
