You will have to update the database of the AVG antivirus that you are using to remove Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.zvt. Since, it is not updated, the antivirus is not helping to get rid of this infection. Whereas, this antivirus is been recommended for the removal of infections like trojans, worms and other virus too. So, update the antivirus soon and run a full system scan. Then, delete all the unhealed infections from the scan results. |

It is suggested that formatting the computer can help to remove Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.zvt. This is the only method that can help. It is sure that you will loose all the data and installed components. But, I can assure you that if the infection prevails in the system, then a crash can also occur. So, format the system soon and install a new copy of Windows in your computer. |

I advice you to enable a system restore than formatting the computer to remove Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.zvt. This is because formatting is not a recommended method to remove the infection. The system restore is better than formatting because it keeps the operating system and removes all the data and installed components. If you format the computer, a new operating system has to be installed.

The boot scan will be the perfect help to remove Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.zvt. This is a scan that takes place before the operating system loads into the computer. Thus, the infections remain inactive at this time. This is because they cannot execute before the startup of the operating system. You will have to install Quick Heal antivirus for the boot scan feature.

It is always recommended that an anti-spyware must be installed in the system to get rid of infections like trojans. So, I advice you to install Spyware Doctor to remove Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.zvt. It will actually monitor the activities that are going on within the system. Thus, the applications and programs that are causing malicious activities will be removed from the system. |
