How to remove SpyHeal spyware

Hi,

A software called SpyHeal has been download on my windows 7 pc. I don't know how it got installed on my pc but now the problem is that I am not able to remove it. I have tried removing it add/remove but not able to remove it completely. So can you tell me. how to remove SpyHeal spyware ????
