multiple internet connection in vpn?

is it possible to assign ip in a VPN connection with its own internet connection for example an ip address 10.10.0.10 is assign to the user and this IP address is also your broadcasting IP to the internet, so when you check you IP in whatismyip.org 10.10.0.10 will be you IP and not the VPN server IP.
