Need to remove Exploit:JS/CVE-2010-0806

Yesterday i have upgraded my computer by installing the windows 7 on it which was initially windows vista. And i am using Internet Explorer 7 as my default internet browser on this computer. Suddenly it is showing some abnormal behavior so i thought it must be caught by some virus so i did a online scan of my computer and found Exploit:JS/CVE-2010-0806 on my computer. I do not have any software which can remove this out of my computer. I just need remove Exploit:JS/CVE-2010-0806 as soon as possible as i know that it can affect my computer in many ways.
