Help to get rid of Win32/Adware.WinAntiSpyware

I am using Windows Vista operating system and my browser is Mozilla Firefox. I need some help to get rid of Win32/Adware.WinAntiSpyware because this infection has been detected in my system with the help of the Escan antivirus, that I am using in my system.
