How to remove W32/Autorun.worm.aaan virus

Hi everybody, from last few days my computer throwing an error that is your system is infected by W32/Autorun.worm.aaan virus. This idiot virus controlling over my entire computer, this starts too many processes in the system memory which lead to system becomes extremely slow. This virus also redirecting to the another website and forcing me to purchase a removal software. Can anyone help me to remove this virus from my computer.
