How to remove twext.exe?

My computer has been infected by the twext.exe. Actually i have took some data from my pen drive which was infected by this virus but when i try to remove this virus by using the Norton Anti Virus then it is just not working. Is there any way to remove this virus from my computer? How do i remove twext.exe from my system now? I have installed windows xp on this system, so please provide me some security software which can run on this system.

twext.exe has been found as a virus on several systems so if your computer has been infected by the same the you must remove this virus from you computer as soon as possible as it can harm your computer in different ways.
