Help to remove kwinzy.exe

Hi, I have recently bought a new computer on which i have installed a windows xp and do not know from where but it has been infected by the kwinzy.exe. I think it would have came from any portable player as i usually connect my portable player to my computer. As i have not updated the trial version of my anti virus software, It is not capable of removing this from my system. I am eagerly asking for help to remove kwinzy.exe, Can anybody help me?
