How to remove W32/Autorun.worm.dt virus

Hi friends, since from 2 days my personal computer is pop up some error message that your computer is gets affected by W32/Autorun.worm.dt malware. This malware continuously redirecting to the several other unwanted web site. This malware is also made several changes in web browser setting. Now my computer becomes slower and slower every. I want to remove this virus as soon as possible. Please help me?
