    My users are infected with malwares

    I am getting some messages from my users who are complaining that my site is giving out numerous ad popup. I have a basic site which provides information on regular tax notice. I had some 200 registered users which are from last week complining that there are lots of ads coming up on their screen as they are on my site. How to stop this.
