How to remove TROJ_INJECT.JDT virus

Hi everyone, from last 2-3 days my computer is throwing an error message that your system is infected by TROJ_INJECT.JDT virus. This always redirecting to the some other malicious web site. It is also make some modification in web browser setting. And becomes slower and slower day by day. I want to remove this virus without formatting my computer. Can anyone will going to help me please?

TROJ_INJECT.JDT virus shall be downloaded through the remote web sites through the some other malware. This malware makes copies of its own. This virus also creates files. This worm makes registry entries to make it enable its automatic run at all time system startup. Then this virus connects to Web sites. But, as of this writing, the said sites are inaccessible.
