Infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet

Hello friends, there are continuous infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet. I am able to delete them with the help of the Avast antivirus. But, the problem is that on connecting with the web, I keep getting the alerts. I cannot understand why this is happening, so I need some probable solutions. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3 operating system.

I suppose that the infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet are because you are downloading some pirated softwares from the internet. It has been recommended that the users should not download any pirated softwares because they contain infections, that are embedded by the attackers. So, it is your responsibility on how to avoid such attacks.

Given below are the steps on how to start the firewall in your system. You can use the same because it will avoid the infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet:

You must be opening the email attachments without scanning them and this is the reason why there are infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet. It has been observed that the new infections spread through the bulk mails that are send by the attackers. I suggest that you open only those mails, that are send by the known users only. This will help to solve the problem.

  • Select Start.
  • Then, click on Control Panel.
  • There, go to System.
  • Now, click Automatic Updates.
  • You have to select the recommended setting here.
Above mentioned are the steps that will turn on Automatic Updates in Windows XP. This can be used as a method to get rid of the infections of Trojan.Win32.FraudPack.pxq from the internet because it changes the environment of the system.
