In the "Network Neighborhood" and can not see the local computer, or open "Start / Run" using "PING" command, "PING" the local computer's IP address when unreasonable, explain your network settings, then first thought should be the card, we can open the "Control Panel / System / Device Manager / Network Adapter" setting window in the window to check whether the interrupt number and I / O address conflicts, under normal circumstances NE2000 series card for IRQ3 , 8029 chip cards for IRQ10. Card there is no conflict is found, the next step is necessary to check the Drivers the process is intact, and then re-install the network card drivers. All the best.
