Help me to remove the virus Pepe-bar application

I am working in the Web Development company from last two months as Web Developer. Therefore I can must had to search the contents, information about the templates etc. Today, while searching on the internet I came to know that my Windows Xp can be infected by the virus Pepe-bar application. So, I would like to know about how can I remove the virus Pepe-bar application from computer. I am waiting for reply!!
