I guess that you will have to format the system and install a new copy of the operating system that you are using to delete Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vLP44Pbix. The problem is that this infection is a trojan and such infections cause the destruction, that cannot be identified. This is because these files do not work as how they actually seem to be. So, formatting is the recommended method. |

I am using Spyware Doctor in my system and it helps me to eradicate the trojans that enter into my system because they can stay in the background of the computer and check for the malicious activities that are going on within the system. This is the feature that an anti-malware possesses. So, you can use the same to delete Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vLP44Pbix.

I will suggest you to enable a boot scan to delete Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vLP44Pbix because this is a scan that takes place before the operating system starts. This means that the infection will not be able to execute because of which they remain inactive. I am using the same technique in my system to keep it free from infections and hence, I can assure you that this method will solve the issue that you are facing.

A system restore is used to remove all those infections that are very dangerous and cannot be eradicated by any of the techniques. So, to delete Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vLP44Pbix, I advice you to use this method. Remember that you use the option of setting the restore to the factory settings, so that no data will be backed up. Otherwise, the infections will not be removed from the system. |
