JS/Redirector.k Virus Infection

Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system on my computer and while making use of it due to the internet surfing my computer got infected by the virus having name as JS/Redirector.k. I am making use of the Norton in my computer and it is not possible for this antivirus to remove this virus. So, if you are having any solution from which I am able to get the solution then please help me to remove it.

Hello, if you simply make use of the antivirus application which is having updated database then you will able to remove the newly coming virus in your computer. So, just make sure that you are having updated virus database and if you are not having it, then simply update it. And scan your computer for getting the solution for your problem. It will remove the virus infected file.

Hello, if you want to remove this virus from your computer then you must need to use the Safe mode for scanning your computer. If you scan your computer then you will able to remove the virus infected file from your computer. As at the time of safe mode your minimum system resources and system files are used. So, you will able to remove the virus infected files from your computer.

Hello, simply stop the process which is related to the JS/Redirector.k virus. If you simply stop the process from the task manager then you will able to get the solution for your problem. If you end the process the you can able to delete the virus file from your computer. Then simply scan your computer and then you will able to remove the JS/Redirector.k Virus Infection.
