I am using Windows XP Service pack 3 with Quick Heal antivirus and my browser is Mozilla Firefox. I want to know that can Mal/Generic-A be prevented from entering the system. If yes, then please reply with the suitable solutions. Actually, this particular infection is alerted in my system when I use the internet. I am able to delete it with the help of my antivirus, but I cannot understand how it enters in my computer.
