Winoav3.dll.

Basically WINOAV3.DLL is a malicious code which is installed by other threats without your knowledge. This virus may appear to you when you try to download any free multimedia updates, utilities, or when you try to access any pornographic web site. This virus file can directly connect your computer to an other computers in order to make changes or to use the data stored on your computer.

I think the whole version of the windows & which you have installed don your computer would be infected by the WINOAV3.DLL. You can get rid of this virus by removing this operating system and then try to install some other copy of the same OS. Make sure that the another copy of the same Windows is not made from this version. Another reason could be some other infected file presented in the CD on which this Windows 7 has been written.

Re: Get rid of WINOAV3.DLL.

Following are the symptoms that are shown by the WINOAV3.DLL. If your computer has been really infected by the WINOAV3.DLL then all the corrupted files will be reinstalling on every startup. Desktop wallpapers on the infected system will keep on changing randomly. And it is but obvious that there would be some processes related to the virus presented in the Task Manager. Once your computer have got this virus then i suggest you to delete it as soon as possible as it can send some important data from your computer to an attacker.

Re: Get rid of WINOAV3.DLL.

WINOAV3.DLL is a virus which tracks your email account which can be use as with any bad intentions. Actually WINOAV3.DLL includes User Mode Rootkit Functionality which hides itself from the running processes so that you can not find it in the Task Manager. It ad some registry keys so that it gets run automatically on every boot. I have provided the link from which you can download the Norton Anti Virus software which can easily remove this virus from its core.

Most safest way to get rid of any viruses is to use Safe Mode provided in the Windows Operating System. Safe Mode assures you that not data will be lost while you remove an infected file. You have restart your computer then can go to the safe mode by keeping on pressing F8 key which will take you to the Blue screen where option will be provided as Safe Mode which will boot your system in safe mode.
