How to use NETCAP

How to use a Netcap to the monitor windows network. I have a small windows network which consist of some 4 PC. This computer works fine. But just for some security basis I want to monitor my network. Due to absence of internet connection in does not want to add up any third party software. How to use net cap in that case which come with windows. And also some information on how to add a port simply.
