If there has been an infection of Packed.Win32.Klone.bj in Windows XP, then you must format the computer, since this infection is a trojan and their files cannot be detected from the normal scanning methods, as they seem to be genuine from outside. They work internally to disrupt the system. Formatting and installing a fresh copy of the operating system that you are using will solve the issue.

I guess that the Avira antivirus is capable to deleting the infection of Packed.Win32.Klone.bj in Windows XP. The antivirus may not be able to delete the infection because the signature of this infection may not be present in its database. So, update the database of the antivirus and run a full system scan and delete all the unhealed infections that are detected during this scan.
