how to remove Adware.BeSys

i am using personal computer for my study. I have also installed windows xp.My system has been infected by Adware.BeSys so i don't have any idea about that type of virus so please tell me that what is Adware.BeSys and how do i remove it from my system?

Adware.BeSys is an adware program that downloads a list of advertisements and displays them. Basically it is infected to the windows
operating system like windows xp,windows vista as well as windows 2000.
