what is Adware.Conspy

i am using personal computer for chatting and other internet related service. But recently i thought that my system has infected with Adware.Conspy. But i don't know what is this and how do i protect my system from it so please tell me that what is Adware.Conspy and how do i remove it from system.

Adware,we can also called it as advertising-supported software.basically it is a software which work in system as a playing,display and any other function automatically. All these process has done after installing that type of software in the system. But make sure that there are also such spyware available in the system which can infected to the system and after that access the remotely your system.
