MailSpy have two versions: one multi-machine version, second is a stand-alone version, we download a trial visual own situation, its download, unzip, the installation process since Needless to say, we are all well placed to exploit the. MailSpy settings, including e-mail monitoring server on the LAN card, e-mail monitoring server logon password and e-mail console lock password, click on the "Settings" button on the software settings. In the "Settings" dialog box "Select Card" tab, select the e-mail monitoring server on the LAN card. As the first run, log the password e-mail monitoring server and console passwords are empty, so there is a need in the "Mail Server Password" and "Console password" option, respectively, enter the desired password. You have activated the MailSpy, then it will be able to automatic the LAN to automatically block all mail and back up. In the interception of mail at the same time, the software will automatically put the entire message content (including all attachments, the message header, send and receive in LAN IP address, etc.) back down. As MailSpy using a direct method of monitoring network card packet, it does not require the client to make any settings, thus does not affect the client computer network operations, therefore, send and receive e-mail there was no way to know who the existence of this software for the blocked e-mail users send and receive speed nor in any way. They give the software provided by the Web e-mail interception increased the difficulty, it is learned that currently the software is still continuous improvement in this regard, the raised. MailSpy part of network monitoring-based software, although it can not filter spam, but it provides a "blacklist" mechanism. If a sender by adding a "black list", then he sent e-mail software will be directly deleted. MailSPy provides two "black list" by adding ways: First, "equal relationship", that is, if listening to the message sender information and "blacklist" content match, then the software will delete this message; second is "inclusion relation", that is, if listening to the message sender information is contained in the "blacklist", then the software will also remove this message. All the best.

Re: How to use e-mail blocking in local area network

In the mailspy software to add "blacklist" the steps are as follows: Click on the main interface in the "management" button, click on "Settings blacklist" button, and then in the "black list" dialog box, click the "Add" button, and enter "blacklist "From information, and specify the" inclusion relation "or" equal relationship "can be. For ease of use, MailSpy provides the selected messages directly by adding "blacklist" feature, you simply appears "Query" dialog box, right-click you think is spam records, and select "Join blacklist" election items, you can add this message to the sender to the "blacklist" in this case, the sender relationship as "equal relationship". Finally, we must remind, MailSpy just for network administrators, network security, corporate resource managers and other use, please do not make other uses. All the best.
