Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.zgl enters from the internet

Hello friends, I am having a problem when I am surfing the web. The situation is that Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.zgl enters from the internet. I delete it everytime with the help of the Quick Heal antivirus, but it enters again when I start the internet. I do not understand why this is happening. So, please help me on how to protect my system from this infection. I am using Windows Vista and my browser is Mozilla Firefox.

If Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.zgl enters from the internet, then you must be downloading some pirated softwares and it has been seen that most of such softwares contain infections. This is why you are having the problems. When the pirated softwares are downloaded, the infections are downloaded into the system automatically. So, it is your responsibility to avoid downloading such softwares.

Start the firewall in your system as given below, since this will help if Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.zgl enters from the internet:
  1. Click on Start.
  2. Then, go to Control Panel.
  3. Here, select Security.
  4. Now, click on Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  5. Then, select On.
  6. Now, click OK.

I will suggest you to update the entire system as follows:
  • Click on Start.
  • Now, click on Control Panel.
  • Here, go to System and Maintenance.
  • After that, click on Windows Updates.
  • There, select the setting that has been recommended.
So, if Backdoor.Win32.Rbot.zgl enters from the internet, then there will be no problems, since the environment of your system will keep on changing and the infections are made to infect the particular environment only.
