    Generic.dx!oto Virus Infection

    Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system in my computer and due to the virus infection of the Generic.dx!oto file I am getting problem in my computer. If I scan my computer and try to delete the files from my system it wont be deleted from my Norton Internet Security. If you know any other solution from which I will able to delete the virus infected files then please provide solution regarding this.

    Hello, If you are not able to delete the virus infected files from computer then it is necessary to update your antivirus application from your computer. For that you just need to make use of the antivirus website and application for updating it.     Hi, if you want to remove the virus infected files from your computer the you can follow the steps below as per the virus infection:
    • Update you antivirus and scan your computer.
    • Delete the virus infected file by pressing delete button.
    • Update your Windows.
    • Stop the virus infected process and delete the virus infected files.
