If Trojan.Generic.2344653 has been infected in Windows 7, then the reason may be that you must have inserted some external device that may have contained infections. So, it is necessary to scan them before you open for viewing the files in it. There is also an option if an infection is found in this operating system when you insert any portable. You have to use the option of Scan and Fix to solve the problem.

From the problem that has been specified by you, it seems that the Kaspersky antivirus is not helping you to delete the infection from the system. It is possible that the antivirus has been blocked by the operating system as it may be incompatible with Windows 7. So, first of all you must use a compatible antivirus like AVG in your system to detect and delete this infection.

You can delete the Trojan.Generic.2344653 that has been infected in Windows 7 with the help of the boot scan technique, that is provided by the Avast antivirus and it is also compatible with this operating system. The boot scan will start before the operating system loads into the computer that does not let the infections to execute and because of which they remain inactive.

The technique that I use when any dangerous infection enters in my system is the system restore. So, you can use the same if Trojan.Generic.2344653 has been infected in Windows 7. Enable the system restore to the factory settings and all the installed components along with the applications and programs will be removed from the system. This is a harsh method as it will remove all the data too from the system.
