How to protect system from W32/ExploreZip@MM

hi friend
i am daily used my personal computer for my personal used. I have installed windows xp operating system in my system. I also used internet for my email and chatting to someone but since few days my system is working slow as well as it showed me that error message that W32/ExploreZip@MM .so please tell me that some basic detail about that malware and how do i protect my system from that type of W32/ExploreZip@MM malware.
