How to remove Nachia worm from system

i am using windows xp operating system in my system. I daily used internet for my personal usage but from few days my system is working slow as well as i got some error message like Nachia worm has infected to the system. I don't have much idea about that so any one tell me that how do i recover my system as well as what is Nachia worm and how to remove the Nachia worm from system?
