Solution to get rid of Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vrA8@Jpix

I am using Windows Vista operating system and my browser is Internet Explorer 8. I need a solution to get rid of Gen:Trojan.Heur.Kq2@vrA8@Jpix from the system. I am using Kaspersky antivirus in my system. This antivirus has detected the infection, but it is not able to delete it from the system. This is the main problem that I am finding. Please help me with suitable suggestions to this problem.
