Problem installing Avast in vista

Hello everyone,

I just uninstall Kapersky and replace it with Avast on my Acer. When I started, Windows Vista does not start, I have a splash screen saying "a problem has been detected ..." (and I can not read everything) followed by another "windows was not shutdown properly" and offering me the different safe modes . In Safe mode with network connection it says "unable to start the security center" event name problem BLUESCREEN .

I authorized the Avast firewall Windows unimproved. When I uninstall Avast everything is OK (except I have no anti virus!)

I think the kaspersky is not properly uninstalled or some system files are damage.

or you have a virus in your system which not letting avast to work properly!

Restart in normal mode, clean the system with registry cleaner applications like CCleaner.

Have you updated the avast? Is your system having enough RAM to make avast work perfectly in vista operating system. Usually it should be fine with 2Gb RAM. Uninstall avast and try some another antivirus like Avira it works nice in vista. When i had vista i always used the avira. Now i have a macbook to play. Do not forget to make updates, and a full scan with Avira which is a very good antivirus.

I installed Avira AntiVir and it works. It seems to be better avast. A check.

I uninstall the avast using avatt removal tool and then i clean out the system with ccleaner and then downloaded and install the avira which working better that avast, and system not having any more issues.
