Removing Backdoor.Bot.109216

i am using the dell desktop running with the windows Vista . My anti virus has started giving me a warning that my system is infected with the can Backdoor.Bot.109216 . I do not how my system go infected by this but it really affected my system very badly. please help me to get rid of this Backdoor.Bot.109216 infection.
