Cannot remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun

I had went out for business tour so in my absence my younger sister was using my computer. Today when i started my system and scan my system with quick heal i came to know that there are lots of virus in my system quick heal was able to remove all the virus and Trojan from my system expect Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun. Does anyone know how to remove it. For more information i had install Windows XP SP 2 as my operating system.

If you really want to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun from your system then reboot your computer and login into safe mode, after that click on start, then go to run option and type regedit and press enter, now registry window would get open, then try to browse and delete below registry key and finally reboot your system for changes to get effected.

Thanks for replying me Ramchandra, i had try to delete all the registry which and after that i had run quick heal and it still saying me that my system is being infected with Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun, does anyone has any alternative solution, please reply because your small view will be very helful for me.

Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun is a virus who look like a generic piece of software. The main purpose of Trojan.Agent/Gen-Goldun is to collect personal information about user and send it to hacker without his knowledge. It also help hacker to gain control over user's system without his knowledge and specific information may vary based on the exact files detected.

I had also try to delete all the registry which Ramchandra and also try out many solution which other forum said me to do, but none of them worked out for me, when i told one of my friend about the issue, he told me that i had to reinstall my Widnows XP and told me to install a good anti spyware which will then protect my system from Trojan Horse.

My friend there is no need to format your system instead of that i would suggets you to install AVG Antivirus Professional which is capable of removing such kind of trojan from your system and that i am sure you will not get any virus message if you get then only format your system.
