Keep the system safe from Trojan:Win32/FakeRean

Hello friends, I am looking for some solution to keep the system safe from Trojan:Win32/FakeRean. Whenever this infection enters into my system, the Avast antivirus helps me to get rid of the same. They enter whenever I am surfing the internet. But, I get alerted about the same only after its entry. Any solution that will help me to protect it from entering from the web are duly appreciated. I am using Windows Vista operating system and my browser is Mozilla Firefox.

Inorder to keep the system safe from Trojan:Win32/FakeRean, I suggest you to stop downloading the pirated software from the internet. The attackers embed the pirated softwares with the infections, since they know that many users will be looking for the same and hence, this is the best way in which the users will be downloading the infections from the internet by them self.
