Trojan.Agent/Gen-Faker

hello friends,

I am using Widnows XP SP 2 as my operating system and everything was working fine few days back but today when i started my system for checking out emails i found that it was working very slow and at the same time i was getting a warning message that my system is being infected with Trojan.Agent/Gen-Faker, I try norton antivirus but it was not able to remove this virus. Can anyone tell me how to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Faker from my system.

  • Choose the option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
  • Click on "Save log" to save the report opens with notepad
  • Click on "Edit -> Select All" then click "Edit -> Copy" to copy the entire contents of the report

Re: Trojan.Agent/Gen-Faker

My system also got infecetd with Trojan horse and i tried out many antivirus but none of them worked out for me, when i told my office administrator about it he told me to use superantispyware which is capable of removing Trojan from your system and at the same time it also protect your system from spyware, adware, malware, rootkits, worms, keyloggers etc, but it is recommended that your totally format all your driver and install a fresh copy of Operatign system.

Re: Trojan.Agent/Gen-Faker

Try to install another antivirus to see the difference.

Otherwise avoid antivirus as:
AVAST
MICROSOFT LIVE ONE CARE
Avira
Which are either too heavy or that do not protect well. (personal experience)

DAS9CB4.TMP The file should be immediately withdrawn from your system safely delete DAS9CB4.TMP (Trojan.FakeAlert / Gen-Faker) and protect your computer against spyware, adware, malware, rootkits, worms, Trojans , keyloggers, spam and other forms of malicious software. Use Kaspersky.
