Help me for the SpyMarshal removal

Hi,

I have a windows 7 pc with free avg antivirus installed. My pc was infected with virus so I had installed SpyMarshal for its removal. But now the SpyMarshal is not ready to uninstall. I have scanned my whole pc but its unable to detect it. Can anyone help me for the SpyMarshal removal ???

To remove SpyMarshal :

Download and install the program CCleaner.
In "Cleaner," check all the boxes for the following sections:
- Internet Explorer
- Windows Explorer
- System (except the boxes "Start Menu Shortcuts" and "Desktop Shortcut")
* NOTE: Leave the box "Advanced" unchecked.
- Click on "Run Cleaner".

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware : "Download_mbam-setup.exe". Keep active Internet connection to download and install the program. Once installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, delete the file "Download_mbam-setup.exe" which you downloaded, as no longer necessary. Run the program from the icon created on your desktop. Click on the tab "Update". In the new program window, click on "Find Updates". Once updated, click on the tab "Scanner". You can choose to "Perform a quick scan" or "Perform a full examination. Select the desired option and click "Browse". After the examination, it displays a text file with the results of the analysis, which is stored on the tab "Records".

In case of detecting malicious files, do the following: Window is displayed: The scan completed successfully.

1. Click "Show Results" to view all objects found.
   
2. Click "Remove Selected". Window appears: "Remove selected items successfully.
   
3. Click on the tab "Quarantine" to check the items that have been eliminated. From there, you can restore it (not recommended) or remove them permanently (Delete all).
