How to remove Exploit.SWF.Gen?

Please Help!!! I am trying to remove Exploit.SWF.Gen from my computer from last 4 days but it is done happening. Now i am full of anger and want to get rid of Exploit.SWF.Gen anyhow. I do not know why the heck my anti virus software is not working for removing this virus. I am using well configured computer and have installed windows vista on this computer.
