    Try the manual deletion

Try the manual deletion to eradicate Trojan.Win32.Downloader.33280.ANS from the system. This infection, when entered in your system, installs with the name 1.exe. You will have to search for this file on your system. After that, kill the processes of 1.exe and then go to the original location of the file, that you have found from the search results. Delete the file from the original location and your problem will be hopefully solved.

    Format the system

To eradicate Trojan.Win32.Downloader.33280.ANS from the system, format the system. Since, the infection is a trojan, the manual deletion is not that simple. They seem as genuine programs from outside and hence, you may not be able to recognize them. So, you will have to ultimately format the system and then install a fresh copy of Windows and hopefully your problem will be solved.

    Avast antivirus can help

Avast antivirus can help to eradicate Trojan.Win32.Downloader.33280.ANS from the system. This antivirus provides the feature of boot scanning that takes place before the operating system loads. This time the infections remain inactive, since they are not able to execute before the operating system loads. So, install Avast as soon as possible and after rebooting the system, the boot scan will start automatically and remove the infections in your system.
